About the Event

In wake of family separations and ever changing immigration policy, the American Civic Association aims to inform and educate the community about the ongoing changes in hope of providing better understanding and dialogue on the matters. The topics of discussion will be family separations, asylum, immigrant law and policy, Deferred Action of Childhood Arrivals, Temporary Protected Status, and migration causes and factors. There will be a range of panelists that have varied expertise in the field to discuss the various topics and answer any of the community’s questions. A few refreshments will also be provided.
